We are a payment gateway
Pay2Capital operates as a payment gateway: we process pay-in and payout transactions directly, settle funds, and expose a single API for collection and disbursement. You can integrate with us as you would with any gateway — no agent of your own required.
And we run the agent service for B2B
For B2B customers who want a fully managed flow, we provide the agent service ourselves. We connect and maintain the wallet channels (bKash, Nagad and others), set the limits, handle rotation and failover, and deliver the result to your platform by API response and signed webhook. You send the request with an Agent ID; we handle the rest.
What we don't do
We do not take hidden commission from your agent accounts or charge beyond the published fee. Whether you use us purely as a gateway or through our managed agent service, the pricing, limits and reconciliation rules are the same and fully transparent.
How we charge
0.5% + ৳10 per completed transaction — pay-in and payout the same. Transparent, predictable, fair across every amount.
Reliability
Automated balance, per-transaction, per-minute, daily and cooldown checks before every attempt, plus instant failover to the next eligible wallet on the same order_id — backed by instant reconciliation on every payout.
