Refund & Chargeback Policy
Fees follow the transaction. If a transaction does not complete, you do not pay for it.

Failed transactions
No platform fee (0.5% + ৳10) is charged for failed, skipped or cooled-down attempts. Failover across several wallets on the same order_id is still billed only once, and only if the final result is completed.
Stuck or pending transactions
Transactions pending beyond the provider SLA are auto-reconciled. If the provider confirms non-delivery, the amount is released back and any fee is reversed within the next settlement cycle.
Incorrect beneficiary
Payouts sent to a wrong number supplied in your request cannot be reversed by Pay2Capital. We will assist with a provider recall request, but recovery depends on the receiving wallet holder.
Disputes
Raise disputes within 30 days of the transaction date with the order_id and client_txn_id. Investigations are answered within 7 working days.
