User Agreement
This agreement explains how API users, agent accounts and the Pay2Capital routing engine work together, and what each side is responsible for.
Last updated: 12 August 2026
1. Scope of service
Pay2Capital provides routing and automation software only. We are not a bank, wallet issuer or licensed money transmitter. Funds always move through the wallet accounts you connect to your own agent dashboard.
2. Agent account and Agent ID
You create an agent account, connect up to 100 wallet channels, and set limits for each of them. The Agent ID issued to you must be sent with every API request. Requests are locked to that Agent ID and can only touch wallets connected under it.
The agent is your own representative. Pay2Capital does not employ, verify or pay commission to agents; we provide technical routing and support only.
3. Fees and settlement
A 0.5% + ৳10 platform fee applies to every successful transaction, pay-in and payout alike. The 0.5% scales with the amount and the ৳10 is a flat floor. Failed or skipped attempts are never charged; only the completed transaction is billed once, even after failover across multiple wallets.
4. Routing, limits and failover
The engine checks balance, per-transaction limit, per-minute count, daily limit and cooldown state before every attempt. Ineligible wallets are skipped automatically, and payouts follow round-robin rotation. Pay2Capital does not guarantee that a specific wallet will be used for a specific transaction.
5. API credentials and security
You are responsible for protecting API keys, secrets and webhook signing keys, and for keeping your IP whitelist current. Any request signed with your credentials is treated as authorised by you. Notify us immediately on suspected compromise so keys can be rotated.
6. Webhooks and idempotency
Results are delivered by API response and signed webhook. Webhooks may be retried; your endpoint must be idempotent on order_id and must verify the signature before processing.
7. Prohibited use
Gambling that is illegal in your jurisdiction, fraud, money laundering, terrorism financing, sanctioned counterparties, and any transaction violating Bangladesh Bank rules or wallet provider terms are prohibited. Violations lead to immediate suspension.
8. Suspension and termination
Either side may terminate with written notice. We may suspend routing immediately for suspected abuse, chargeback risk, or provider-side blocks. Pending settlements are reconciled before closure.
9. Liability
Pay2Capital is not liable for wallet provider downtime, network outages, incorrect beneficiary details supplied by you, or indirect and consequential losses. Aggregate liability is limited to the platform fees paid in the previous 30 days.
10. Changes and governing law
Material changes are announced at least 14 days in advance. This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, with jurisdiction in Limassol.
